ABOUT US

Steve Ostrander
After graduating college in 1975 with a degree in construction carpentry, Steve has designed and built custom homes in Wayne and Pike Counties in Pennsylvania and in Sullivan County, NY. Steve has worked with and coordinated with other trade professionals and has extensive knowledge of the sub trades that are required to build a home from bottom to the top. Coordination is the key to providing a project to be completed on time and Steve is well versed in the requirements of that coordination. The vast knowledge of being a self employed building contractor gives him the knowledge and expertise to build your home or addition in a manner that is cost efficient in work and materials. Steve has worked been involved with construction from light commercial to the small repair project and has given each project the same quality care. Building energy efficient homes or additions is our main goal, but we enjoy being challenged with remodeling and repair projects from upgrading a kitchen or bathroom to repairing a house devastated by fire or flood. Steve is a member of the Wayne County Builders Association and the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce.
